Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
5 Large Peppers (green or red)3 cups minute rice3 cups hot water2 large eggs2 Large cans Tomato Soup1/2 cup ketchup2 pounds 93% ground beef
Directions
Makes 10 servings

put ground beef in a large bowl with eggs. Knead mixture together. Slowly add 1/2 cup hot water, continue kneading. Add the rice and the rest of the water, mix thoroughly and set aside. Open tomato soup and pour 1 can into the bottom of 2 13 x 9 inch pans. Cut the peppers in 1/2 and clean. Mound the ground beef mixture into the peppers and set them in the baking pan on top of the soup. Cover peppers with ketchup.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
