Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding

8 slices of any cinnamon raisin bread, cut into cubes.1/2 cup of egg beaters1 3/4 cup skim milk1/4 cup splenda brown sugar1/2 TBSP vanilla extract1/2 tsp ground cinnamonsugar free maple syrup
1. spray inside of 2 quart crock pot, place cut up bread into crock pot.
2.Place egg beaters, milk, brown sugar,vanilla,and cinnamon into a bowl and mix with a fork. Pour into crock pot and press to the bread to cover the bread. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp of brown sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
3.Cover and cook on High for 2 to 3 hours or until set. Serve with warm Maple syrup.
