Bell Pepper & Potato Sabzi

Ingredients
3 large bell peppers diced2 medium potatoes diced1 large onion sliced4 green chillis slices1 tsp cayenne pepper2 tbsp canola oil1/2 tsp black mustart seeds1/2 tsp cumin seeds1 tsp urad dal1 tsp chana dal1/2 tsp turmericred chilli powder to taste
Directions
Heat oil in a deep pan, add mustard seeds, cumin, urad dal & chana dal. Add turmeric & green chillis. Then saute the onions. When onions are transparent add potato chunks, cook for a little while then add the bell pepper chunks. Cover and cook till almost done, then add the chilli powder & salt and cook until done. Serve with rotis.
