1 cup brown rice1 cup of beef broth1 14.5 oz can of chicken broth1/4 cup butter, melted1/2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp salt
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a 2 quart casserole dish, mix together rice, beef broth, chicken broth, butter, garlic salt, and seasoned salt. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 60 minutes, until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.

Glad you liked it! Yeah if you're used to minute rice, brown rice takes some getting used to!
