Lentils and Barley

Ingredients
Lentils, .5 cup Barley, pearled, cooked, .5 cup ( *Lemon Juice, .15 cup Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
In bowl add lentils, barley, lemon juice, and water.

Bring to boil and stew for approx 30 min.

Serves 2

    This was great! I used low sodium vegetable broth instead of water. I also sauted onions, garlic, peppers, broccoli, and cauliflower and then at the end tossed in a diced tomato. VERY filling and went great with a smoked pork roast. Yum. - 10/28/10

    yuuuuuummmy! I cooked some onions and broccoli in olive oil and added that to the dish along with parsley for a lil more umph. so. good. :) - 4/9/10
