Ingredients
Slice Med. Eggplant into thin slices2 Cups of mushrooms CubedSlice Med. green bell pepperHeat 0.5 tbsp of olive oil in skillet 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tbsp worcestershire saucedash salt and italian seasoning
Directions
Sprinkle italian seasoning over eggplant slices and place in skillet, When golden flip over.

Replace the eggplant slices and place mushrooms in skillet add the sauce and balsamic vinegar.

Thrown the pepper slices in skillet then add back in the eggplant. Add salt if needed.

Serve warm
