3/4 cup Dole strawberry orange banana 100% juice3/4 cup frozen raspberries1 medium banana1 cup Dannon light and fit nonfat vanilla yogurt2 TBS Flax seed Meal
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and serve immediately.
