Beef fajitas (calculations without tortillas!)

Ingredients
1 green bell pepper, cut in stripes1/2 medium onion, cut in stripes1 tomato, cut in stripes5 oz beef (round steak meat), cut in stripes1/2 tsp olive oil1 tsp fajita seasoning1/2 tsp tabasco sauce (or any hot sauce)
Directions
Cut peppers, onions and tomato in stripes and saute in olive oil. Add small amount of water to prevent burning. Cut meat in stripes and add to skillet. Cook till meat is done. Add the seasoning and small amount of water. Mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Warm the tortilla and place meat on tortilla.
Enjoy!
