Ingredients
Cooking spray2 Table spoons of salsa1/4 cup Kroger breakfree eggs1/4 cup free cheddar cheese1 La tortilla factory - low carb tortilla (whole wheat)1 Table spoon of fat free sour cream
Directions
Spray small sautee pan with cooking spray.
On med low heat cook lightly 1/4 cup of breakfree egg, fold in 2 table spoons of salsa, stir gently cook to desired texture add cheese and fold in to pre heated tortilla. Finish with a table spoon of fat free sour cream (optional)
