L.R. apple granola

Ingredients
4 cups old-fashioned oats4 cups oat bran4 cups puffed brown rice3 cups unsweetened coconut1 cup chopped walnuts3 T. cinnamon1 tsp. cloves1-12 oz. can frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate1/4 cup oil1/4 cup honey1/2 tsp. almond extract1/2 tsp. salt1 cup buttermilk2 cups chopped dried apples2/3 cup raisins
Directions
In a large bowl, combine oats, bran, rice, coconut, walnuts, cinnamon and cloves. In another microwave safe bowl, combine juice, oil, honey almond extract and salt. Microwave for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until reduced and bubbly. Stir into dry mixture until combined. Add buttermilk and mix well. Divide into 2- 9"x13" baking pan that have been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 275 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until browned, stirring about every 20 minutes or so. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir int dried apples and raisins. Stir occasionallly as it cools. Makes 17 cups.
