Ingredients
1 sleeve of saltines1 can of salmon1 large eggcooking spray of your choice
Directions
Crush saltines. Debone salmon (if desired). Mix salmon, cracker crumbs, and egg in bowl. Form patties. Cook in skillet until crisp on the outside.
