Concord Grape Juice

2 cups Concord Grapes1/2 cup sugar
Put 2 cups of the uncrushed whole grapes into 2 quarts of water in a sauce pan.
Add ½ cup sugar, stir to dissolve the sugar, and bring to a boil.
Cover, turn heat down to a slow boil/simmer, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
Pour the mixture through a strainer to remove seeds and skins.
Refrigerate the grape liquid over night or longer for more grape flavor.
Serve chilled.
Add additional sweetener if desired.
