Irresistable Turkey Burgers

-1 pound 93% Fat Free Ground Turkey-1/2 cup shredded cheese (any kind)-1/4 cup basil pesto sauce (found in any pasta sauce aisle)-2 tsp minced garlic-1/2 cup fresh or dehydrated onion-1 pinch salt-1 pinch black pepper
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well blended. Form 6 hamburger patties and set on clean plate.
In a medium frying pan heat up 2 ounces of olive oil over a medium heat. Once the oil is hot enough place 2-3 patties inside and cover with a lid. Set kitchen timer for 7 minutes. Walk away!
When the timer goes off flip burgers and set timer for 5 minutes.
After the burgers are done, place them onto a plate with a papertowel to rest.
Repeat above process for remaining 3 burgers.
Recipe makes 6 burgers approximately 4-5 ounces each.
