OVEN APPLE PANCAKES

Ingredients
Slice apples to 1/8 inch. You want them thin to cook properly. Not sure it helps anyone lose weight but I love this recipe. I use a variety of apples in every batch, sweet and sour. All-purpose flour not cake flour.
Directions
Combine eggs, milk, flour, baking powder and salt. beat with whisk until smooth. Combine sugar and cinnamon; toss with peeled and sliced apples. Grease 2 - 9" pie plates with the butter. Put half of the apples in one, half in the other. Pour batter over the apples (1/2 and 1/2). Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve in pie wedge form.
