Spanish Shrimp Rice

Ingredients
2 cups prepared minute brown rice1 cup chunky salsa (medium-hot)12 pre-cooked, tail off shrimp1/4 tsp each: garlic powder, onion powder2 tsp cilatro (I prefer to use 1/4 cup fresh when posible)1tsp parsley flakes1/4 cup part skim mozerella cheese
Directions
Cook rice according to instructions adding garlic and onion powder, parsely and cilantro into rice before boiling. Rice can be prepared in advance for quicker assembly.
Mean while heat shrimp according to package instructions adding salsa half way through heating process. Add cooked rice to salsa and shrimp and top with mozarella cheese.
I serve with steamed broccoli and orange slices.
