Mexican Rice

Ingredients
1c rice, brown, uncooked1/3c onion, chopped2T butter1 chicken boullion cube2c hot water1/2c salsa
Directions
In skillet saute rice and onion in butter until rice is slightly brown(er).

Add boullion cube, gradually add hot water and salsa, stirring until just mixed. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes, until liquid is absorbed.
