Ingredients
1 lb penne pasta1/4 cup Fontina Cheeze1/4 cup Gorgonzola Cheese1/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated2 Tbsp butter, unsalted2 Tbsp Heavy Cream** of course, you make this recipe healthier by using butter substitute and light cream
Directions
SERVING SIZE: 4-8, one lb of pasta. (nutrition calculated for 6)

DIRECTIONS
1. cook pasta according to box.
2. A few minutes before the pasta is ready, combine all other ingrediants in a sauce pan until just melted and combined. Remove from heat.
4. Stir together pasta and cheesy-goodness.
