500 gr albacore tuna, weighed after draining250 kidney beans, after draining265 gr chick peas, after draining1 chopped red onion285 gr canned sweet corn, after draining110 gr canned French beans, after draining2 med chopped carrots20 gr drained and rinsed capers
Directions
Makes 12 1 cup servings servings, add calories for dressing, pasta, lettuce, this is just the base.

Open all cans, drain, chunk up tuna, pour in big bowl, mix.
