Low fat chicken and wild rice soup

Ingredients
wild rice whole dry box with seasoningChicken - 1 cup cooked, chopped*Potato, raw, 2 small, choppedCelery, raw, 1 stalk, medium, choppedSpinach, fresh, .5 cup, choppedChicken Broth, 6 cupsFat free half and half, 1.5 cup
Directions
In broth, simmer chopped potato and celery and contents of wild rice box with seasonings until tender (about 30 minutes). Add chicken, spinach, half and half, and spices to taste (salt, pepper, garlic, etc.). Simmer a few more minutes to heat. Serve!
