3/4 pound turkey tenderloin steaks, cut about 1/2 inch thickNonstick spray coating1/4 cup chicken broth1/4 cup skim milk (I used non fat milk)2 tsp all purpose flour2 tsp honey1/2 tsp snipped fresh chivesdash pepper1 tsp dijon style mustare
Rinse turkey; pat dry. Spray a large skillet with nonstick spray coating. Preheat skillet at medium head. Add turkey steaks. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or til tender and no longer pink, turning once. Remove from skillet, keep warm. Meanwhile, stir together chicken broth, milk, flour, honey,chives and pepper. Add broth mixture to skillet. Cok and stir til thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 1 minute more. Stir in mustard. Heat through. Serve over turkey.
