Ingredients
2 large chicken breast8 oz. extra wide egg noodles1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Directions
1. Season chicken ( I use seasoned salt, pepper and garlic powder according to my tastes)
2. Place chicken in casserole dish with just enough water to cover the bottom of the dish
3. Bake about 30 minutes at 375.
4. When chicken is done, cut-up and set aside. (save your stock/broth from chicken to add to noodles).
5. Prepare noodles according to package directions and drain.
5. Place drained noodles back in pot, add condensed soup and 1-1/2 cans of water (use soup can); add the cut-up chicken and the broth from the chicken and simmer about 10 - 15 minutes.

NOTE: You can use either condensed cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup.

This is a great and easy recipe to make. I found it a little bland so I added garlic powder, oregano (or italian seasoning) and pepper to taste. Also, baking time for the chicken was not listed. I baked at 400 for about 30 minutes. - 9/15/08

Cut up the chicken and place in the pot after you have drained the noodles, add the condensed soup and water and let it simmer for about 10 - 15 minutes.
