Ingredients
Tuna, Canned in Water, 3 oz drainedBeans, Cannellini, 1 cupRed Ripe Tomatoes, 2 dicedOnions, raw, 2 tbsp choppedMozzarella, Buffalo, 30 gram(s)balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon Olive Oil, 1 tbspSalt/pepper to taste
Directions
In a bowl mix Beans through Mozzarella. Top with tuna and then oil, salt/pepper and vinegar (in that order). Serve with crusty bread and carafe of light white wine. I prefer a Prosecco
