Cabbage casserole

Ingredients
8 cups finely sliced cabbage2 pounds extra lean ground beef3 cups chopped onion3 cloves garlic, finely diced2.5 cups tomato sauce or light pasta sauce2.5 cups water
Directions
Brown beef with garlic and onion. Drain off excess fat. Add rice, tomato sauce and water. Simmer, covered, 20 minutes.

Layer with shredded cabbage ending with a layer of cabbage.

Bake, covered, 350 for 1 hour.

Serve with plain pagart or FF sour cream.
