Mock Deep-Fried Chickpeas

Ingredients
19oz can chickpeas, drained, well-rinsed, patted dryolive oil sprayground sea salt1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (chili powder or curry are also good)1/8 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp dried oregano
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450

2. Place chickpeas on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake till golden brown and crunchy - about 25-30 minutes - shaking about every 10 minutes to prevent sticking.

3. Transfer chickpeas to a large bowl and lightly spray with olive oil, tossing to coat.

4. Sprinkle in seasonings, tossing again to coat. Enjoy while warm and crunchy!

Serves 4 (or 1, if you're me)
