Mango Salsa

Ingredients

Directions
Peel a fresh ripe mango and cut off of seed, finely chop red medium sized onion and chop one bunch of cilantro and mix together in bowl. Add rice vinegar and honey and stir. Can be used immediately or will keep in fridge for several days.
