1 lb extra lean ground beef ( I use 4%)1/2 cup onion diced small2 cloves garlic minced finely1/2 cup milk1/8 cup panko or bread crumbs1/2 tblsp basil2 tsp italian seasoningpepper and salt to taste4.5 oz fontina cheese cut into 18 cubes
Heat oven to 350
mix all ingredients together except fontina cheese
use a 1/8 measuring cup to measure each meatball stuff with 1 piece of cheese and bake
serves 9 - 2 meatballs each

Super easy but I dusted them with garlic powder at the end and used mozzarella chucks instead which seemed to help with the oozing out all over the place issue cheese likes to cause. Dipped them in BBQ sauce afterwards then crock potted them for a half hour afterwords on low to glaze them. Super num - 10/17/16
