Gary's Asian Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Beef

Ingredients
Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz cut in 2" stripsSherry, dry, 2 fl. oz House of Tsang Sweet and Sour Stir Fry Sauce, .3 cup (8 fl oz) Garlic, 3 cloves, mincedStir Fry Vegetables, frozen, 2 package (10 oz) Garlic salt, seasoned pepper to taste
Directions
Spray large skillet or wok with cooking spray; heat over medium high heat until hot.

Add vegetables and garlic; stir fry 3 minutes, til soft. Add sauce, sherry, and spices. Stir fry til well combined and sherry is slightly reduced. Add beef, continue stir-frying until beef is no longer pink and everything is cooked through.

Can be served over rice or pasta.
