Crustless Cheesecake (low carb)

Ingredients
1 lb Cream cheese1 cup Splenda3 Eggs1 pint Sour Cream1/4 tsp Vanilla ExtractZest of one lemon
Directions
Cream softened cream cheese. Add Splenda, eggs, sour cream, vanilla and lemon zest. Combine all ingredients until smooth. Pour into 8" round pan.

Bake for 40 minutes with round pan submerged in water bath 1/2 way in a 325 degree oven. Let cool for 30 minutes in water bath. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Slice into 16 pieces, serve and enjoy!
