5 Chicken Thighs, Cooked and Shredded4 cans Chicken Broth2 Tbls Lime Juice2 cans Diced Tomatoes1 can Diced Green Chiles3 Oz Chopped Cilantro2 Green Onions2 Can of CornTortilla Chips Mozzarella Cheese
Boil Chicken Thighs, shred and debone. After Chicken is shredded, Mix Juice, Tomatoes, Corn, Green Chiles, Cilantro, Green onions, Chicken Broth and Chicken together for about 45 - 60mins Medium heat. After soup is done top with Cheese and Chips.
