Vegan Patty Cake Veggie Mix

Ingredients
6 slices - Cedar Lake 3 Grain Pecan Patty, chopped2 C - Baked Potatoes1 Bell pepper, any color, chopped3/4 C - Onions, green if you like, chopped3/4 C - Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, no salt added or any other type canned tomatoes 1 Tbl - oil Tastefully Simple Seasoned Salt - sprinkle as desired
Directions
Heat pan with oil. Slightly saute vegetables except potatoes. Add chopped patties and cook until slightly brown. Add potatoes and tomatoes (removed from liquid). This recipe allows for various vegetables to be used and spices as preferred. Add seasoning salt as desired.
