Moist Sugar-Free Banana Bread

1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour1/2 c. white flour1/4 c. Splenda2 tsp cinnamon2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt4 medium bananas, mashed2 large eggs1/2 c. unsweetened apple sauce1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine flour, no-calorie sweetner, baking poweder, cinnamon and salt in a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, mash bananas and add eggs, applesauce and vanilla.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until combined (do not over mix).
Spray 9x5 loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour batter into pan and bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from the middle of the loaf.
