Ingredients
1 (6 pound( turkey breast1(1 once) envelope onion soup mix
Directions
1 Rince the turkey breast and pat dry. Cut off any excess skin. but leave the skin covering the breast. rub onion soup mix all over outside of the turkey and under the skin. place in slow cooker. cover. and cook on high 1 hour, then set to low 7 hours

    This is now another one of my go-to recipes because it I SO easy. I made a WONDERFUL au jus from the drippings in the crock pot that came out beautifully because of the onion soup mix. I cooked it a bit long on low but it still was not dry!! Easy AND healthy. - 12/21/13
