Chocolate Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cocoa powderdash salt1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp cinnamon3/4 cup granulated sugar2 TBS canola oil1 egg white1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt or sour cream, can also use reduced fat or lowfat1 cup mashed bananas1 tsp vanilla2 TBS chocolate syrup1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat Oven 425 degrees
Line a muffin pan with foil liners

Mix dry ingredients - flour, whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Set aside.

Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl - sugar, canola oil, egg white, yogurt, mashed bananas, chocolate syrup and vanilla. Mix well using a wire wisk or mixer.

Add dry ingredients to wet until well mixed, stir in chocolate chips. Bake 15-20 minutes.
