Ground Turkey Garden Veggies

Ground turkey (1 lb)1 med. sized zucchini1 med. onion1- 8 oz. canned mushrooms1-21 oz. canned diced tomatoes w/basil, garlic and oregano1 boil-in-bag rice
Cook ground turkey in pan until brown. While waiting for it to brown, dice your zucchini, chop your onion, add mushrooms and diced tomatoes all together. Boil your rice (about 5 minutes to cook, then 4 to sit). When turkey is done, add to veggie mixture. (If you don't get the diced tomatoes with basil and oregano, then add your own seasonings. You can even add a dash of garlic powder/salt) Drain rice and add to turkey and veggie mixture. Mix all together.
