Tilapia w/veggies

Ingredients
1 Red bell pepper1 yellow bell peper1 small onion1/2 cup sliced mushrooms1 can diced tomatoes, no salt1/4c sliced green olives (w/pimento)1 lb of tilapia1 glove minced garlic
Directions
In a tblsp olive oil, saute sliced peppers, onion, and musrooms. Add the chicken broth and bring to boil, add garlic, fish, canned tomatoes, olives and cover. Cook until fish is cooked through
