Asian Style Tofu Veggie Mix

Ingredients
Tofu, extra firm (or your preference)Baby carrots, 1/2 a pound, slicedfresh broccoli, cut, 1 cupfresh mushrooms, 1 cup chopped or slicedbean sprouts, 1/2 cupwater chestnuts, 1 cup slicesGarlic Powder to tasteLight Soy Sauce to taste (recommended 1/2 cup)
Directions
Cut tofu block into bite-sized squares, cut and chop veggies. Cook veggies and tofu with soy sauce, add garlic powder to taste when about half way done. Serve with wild rice or Asian style rice. Also good moo shu style in Light Tortillas. Feel free to add or substitute veggies to your liking.
