Slow Cooker BBQ Beef

Ingredients
Beef Chuck Roast, 4lbs1 cup Onion, chopped11/2 cups Ketchup1/4 cup Brown Sugar1/4 cup Cider Vinegar2 T Yellow Mustard2 T Worcestershier Sauce1/2 tsp Salt1/4 tsp Pepper1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Directions
Brown chuck roast on all sides in a hot skillet and place into slow cooker.
In separate bowl combine remaining ingredients and then pour the mixture over the roast. Cook on Low for about 8-10 hours. Shred the beef and allow to cook for another hour. Serve on toasted buns.
