1 Lemon Sliced seeds removed2 Cloves of Garlic4 Salmon Fillets
Rinse off the lemon, cut into slices and remove the seeds.
Shell and Mince the Garlic
Take the Salmon Fillets remove the skin and put into a microwave safe covered dish. If there is a thin side fold it under to make it all even in thickness.
Rub the Garlic over all fillets and place Lemon slices evenly over the fillets.
Cover and Microwave 10 minutes per inch.
Cut into 8 servings add Brown Rice and Vegetables and serve.
