Depending on the brands you use, the nutrition information may come out different. When I make them, they are only 120calories a serving, 0.7g fat, 29.5g carbs, 3g fiber, and 1.5g protein.
HERE'S WHAT TO DO:
1.) Preheat the oven to 375F.
2.) Thinly slice the apples and remove the core. Toss with lemon juice, cinnamon, and 2 Tbsp brown sugar.
3.) In another bowl, mix rolled oats, oatbran (or wheat flour, if that is what you are using), applesauce, 1/4 c. brown sugar, pumpkin spice, and a dash of salt.
4.) Take two ramekins (or smaller dishes of the like) and spread and pack the apples in the dish.
5.) Top the dishes with the oat mixture.
6.) Bake for 25 minutes, or until the apples are soft and topping is toasty.
7.) Let stand for 5 minutes, and enjoy.
This also goes well with some low-fat ice cream!
(I will posts pictures later.)
