fluffy sugar free pancakes with banana

Ingredients
1 cup self raising flour2 tbl of wheat germ1 egg1/2 cup of milk1 tbl melted butter1 mashed banana
Directions
a cup of self raising flour in a bowl add some wheatgerm for estra goodness, make a well break in one egg, add half a cup of milk, mix up and then add 1 tblspoon of melted butter and a mashed banana for sweetness.now fry on your girlde, i use a tiny bit of olive oil, when you see air bubbles form flip em!my sugar eating husband douses them with honey but i think they are sweet enough with banana, really easy and quick to make and alsways fluffy.i hope you enjoy them!
note, you dont have to, i like chunky bits of banan in mine, but if you like banana all the way through, freeze the banan, thes kin will turn black, when you defrost it the banna will be perfectly mushy for baking or cooking with....becareful where you defrost it tho as the skin acan leave banana stains on your kitchen bench!!
