Chewey Yummy Granola Bars

2 cups of rolled oats1 cup of nuts1 cup of seeds1/2 cup of Flax Meal1 cup of wheat flour1 tsp of baking soda1 tsp vanilla extract2/3 cup of butter, soft1/2 cup of honey1/3 cup of packed brown sugar2 cups of miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Mix all dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Mix well. Press into a large 9 x 13 baking pan and bake for about 15-20 minutes at 325 degrees, or until golden brown. Cool for 10-15 minutes and then cut into about 28 bars. Let cool completely in pan before removing to store or serve. (Cool could take several hours to harden the bars)
