Ingredients
Margarine, .66 cup Shortening, .66 cupSugar, 1 cup Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packedEgg, fresh, 2 large Vanilla Extract, 2 tspSalt, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tspSemisweet chocolate chips, 2 cups all purpose flour, 3 cup Jello Fat Free Sugar Free Vanilla pudding mix,1 boxWalnuts, 1 cup, chopped (optional not calculated in recipe)
Directions
In mixing bowl cream margarine and shortening and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla; mix well. Combine flour, salt, baking soda and pudding mix; add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.

Makes about 79 cookies.
