Cucumber Tomato Salad

Ingredients
Cucumber with peel), 2 cucumber Basil, 2 tbsp Salt, 2 dash Pepper, black, 2 dash Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 medium whole *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz Avocados, 1 fruit without skin and seeds
Directions
Slice tomatoes, cucumbers and avocado. Put all veggies in a bowl.

Add 4 ounces of shredded mozzarella.

Add oil, basil, salt, pepper.

Serve
