Easy and Huge Coconut Macaroon Cookies

Ingredients
1 box Angelfood cake mix1/2 cup water1 cup unsweetened coconut
Directions
Mix ingredients together. Place six good-sized plops of cookie dough on parchment paper on a cookie sheet (use parchment paper or you may never get the cooked cookie off of the cookie sheet). If you use three cookie sheets, you can get six cookies on each sheet for a total of 18 servings. Bake until the top of the cookies are slightly browned. You can eat them just like a regular cookies, pour strawberries over them and top them with fat-free cool whip or put FF cool whip between two and freeze it for a faux ice cream sandwich.
