Gourmet Chicken Salad

1/2 Cup chopped red onion1/2 Cup chopped celery 1 Tbsp pickle relish 2 Tbsp Salad Dressing, low fat 2 Tbsp fat free yogurt 2 Cups diced pre-cooked chicken 1 Cup red seedless grapes, halved 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Add ingredients in order listed mixing dressings well with the onion and celery. Then add chicken and mix - grapes and mix - adding eggs last.
This serves 8. Serving size 1/2 C
Add it to a bed of salad greens, or your favorite toasted bread, or tortilla wrap. Not included in calorie count.
