4 whole wheat pitas1 c. cherry tomatoes, slicedLOTS of garlic :)4 lg. scallions, chopped1 c. feta, crumbled1/2 tsp. dried oregano8 kalamata olives, pitted and chopped (optional)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place pitas on baking sheet. Arrange tomato slices, sprinkle with garlic, scallions, feta and oregano. Bake until the feta softens, approximately 8 minutes. Olives are optional.
