Mom's Creamy Asparagus Soup

Ingredients
End of Asparagus you don't use for dinner16oz Chicken BrothClove of GarlicSome Parsley3 Dried Tomatoes0.5 Cups Celery Chopped1 Chicken Bouillon CubeSalt and Pepper to tastea dash of basila dash of dried red pepper flakes1 cup sour cream
Directions
Makes 4 servings

Cook asparagus, chicken broth, garlic, parsley, dried tomatoes, celery, chicken bouillon cube, black pepper, basil and hot pepper flakes in a medium size pan on medium heat. Once the asparagus is soft put it through a blender until pureed. Put back into pot and stir in sour cream. Once sour cream is blended soup is ready to serve.

My mom cooks by site and not measurements so the amount might be a little off. Play with it until it taste right to you and enjoy.
