Vanilla Brazil Nut Milk

1 cup brazil nuts, soaked 2 hours min.4 cups still mineral water 1/4 cup agave syrup (or raw honey)2 tbsp coconut butter (eg.Artisan)1 tbsp vanilla extractPinch of sea salt
In a high speed blender, blend the nuts and water on high speed till nuts are WELL blended. Strain the milk through a nut bag (or use layers of cheesecloth) . Pop the strained milk back into the cleaned blender and add the remaining ingredients. Blend thoroughly till smooth and creamy then place in the fridge to cool for a couple of hours. If you like it really sweet, add more agave or stevia if you prefer.
