Terri's veggie "beef" stew

Ingredients
1TB olive oil1 tsp buttermedium onion, sliced thin5 small/medium potatos cut into chunks1.5 cup carrots cut into chunkslarge ear of corn, kernels cut off2C veggie boulion2C TJs french onion soup broth1 cup peas, frozen8 Morningstar sausage links2 veggie burgerssaltpepper
Directions
Heat oil and butter in stew pan. Slice onion thin and saute in oil and butter. Add veggie sausages and veggie burgers, cut into chunky pieces and cook until browned. (you may add a bit of broth if it starts to burn). Add veggies and broth/boullion. Season as desired (salt, pepper, etc.) Cook until thickened and potato/carrots are tender. Approx. 30 minutes.
