Ingredients
1/3lb Turkey burger (Purchased at Costco)Oroweat Cracked Wheat BunAlpine Lace reduced fat swiss cheeseOscar Meyer Lean Turkey BaconMayo and Dijon to taste(Plus any other leaf green veggies you might want.)
Directions
Makes one burger.
Fry your bacon and burger.
Put cheese on burger at end just to melt it.
Put it all together!

Bun can be toasted!

Add your favorite chips for less than 700 calorie meal.

    I would leave out the bacon, and use a sandwich thin to cut the nutritional value by 1/3, great turkey burger - 7/1/10
